After careful consideration, we’ve decided to pause operations here at Schoene and Son Toys. We are taking a well needed break to reassess our goals and refine how we run our business. 

My vision for Schoene and Son Toys was to create a toy company rooted in the love for my own child. I have loved every minute of bringing this idea to life -- from designing the toys, to picking out the packaging, to wrapping the boxes. It has been an incredible experience. I absolutely love this business, but it needs to work for me, my customers, and my family. It is just not feasible for me to continue running it as it is.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We have made many wonderful friends through this venture and are grateful for all of your kind words and encouragement. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to create beautiful toys that spark curiosity, creativity, confidence and fun in children around the world. 

Toys, for us, have always been about helping children learn to think creatively, be more confident and feel comfortable with the unknown. Our philosophy is that play is not just fun, but essential to learning how to be both a successful child and adult.

For now, our shop will simply be "sold out". We will happily share our updates, as they become clear, with our mailing list.
